First Impressions of Richardson Dentistry
When I first visited the practice and walked in, the office was clean, the colors were crisp, and everything seemed simple.
I walked around, my head kind of on a swivel, and I saw a lot of different technology. I didn’t know a lot about dental technology, but it looked fairly new, so that appealed to me.
A Team Focused on Patient Comfort
The staff is great. The hygienists are great. The assistants who help during the procedures are great. They’re always asking, “Is there anything you need? During the procedure, are you comfortable? Do I need to adjust this?”
Kim in billing has been great. She works with us. She does the whole family. I think she knows the whole family’s life story now.
Knowledgeable, Consistent Dental Care
What stands out the most to me about this practice is everybody is so educated. There’s the team itself. It doesn’t matter who you see, they all say the same thing. They’re all happy.
You can tell that the doctors and the team work well together.
A Comfortable, Welcoming Dental Office
It’s comfortable coming in here. When you sit down in the lobby and wait for your appointment, when you’re sitting in the rooms, you feel relaxed. And then when you’re ready to leave, even going to pay, we’re fairly relaxed.
It felt comfortable. It felt like home. It felt welcoming, I guess is the best word. You could tell that there was concern from Mike that was also with his staff, and it was a good feeling. I appreciated that.
Results and a Practice Worth Recommending
I sleep better. I have less jaw pain. I love them. I’m glad we went through them, and he spent the time to make sure they were right.
If I knew somebody looking for a new dentist, I would definitely recommend Richardson Dentistry, and I have done that on several occasions.
