Dr. Fleming is a proud alumni of the University of Miami, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He went on to complete his 1 year residency at the Texas A&M College of Dentistry.
Advanced Training
Seeking to offer the latest treatment options, Dr. Fleming has completed advanced training in complex implant rehabilitation, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and InvisalignⓇ clear aligners.

Dr. Fleming is a member of the Dallas County Study Club, the American Dental Association (ADA), the Texas Dental Association (TDA), the Dallas County Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).

He serves as a volunteer dentist at Dallas County Life and the Texas Mission of Mercy.
Home Life
Dr. Fleming grew up in Melbourne, Florida and loves to cheer on his beloved Miami Hurricanes, Miami Dolphins and Orlando Magic. He married his dental school sweetheart, Patty, who is an Orthodontist at Fleming Orthodontics. They have two sons, Harrison and Cameron, and one daughter, Emery. He loves spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf, trying new and interesting foods, snowboarding, and cheering on his children in their sports.

Background
Dr. James S. Guirguis was born and raised in Ireland and England before his family relocated to Cleveland, Ohio. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He went on to complete his residency at the Baylor College of Dentistry.
Advanced Training
His ongoing advanced training is focused on complex procedures in esthetic, implant, and restorative dentistry. He is certified in Invisalign clear aligners.

Home Life
He and his wife, Amber, a fellow dentist, have two sons, Max and Alex. Driven by faith and family, he loves spending time with his wife and kids as well as food, traveling, playing soccer, golf, and tennis, and rooting for Cleveland sports.

Before joining his brother, Dr. James Guirguis, and Dr. Brent Fleming at Richardson Dentistry, he was in private practice for several years in the Dallas County area. His advanced training continues to focus on restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.
